Policies:

• Due to the significant time required to complete a painting, the smallest canvas size I offer for commissions is 11" x 14".

• Depending on complexity and level of detail, commissions are completed within 4-6 weeks.

• Commissions are based on (1) reference photograph.

• Requests for changes or additions to the composition in the reference photograph will not be accepted.

• A photograph of the finished painting will be shared with the client for approval before shipping.

• Any requests for revisions to the completed commission will be charged $20/hour and delay shipping by 1-2 weeks. An estimate will be provided at the time of request, with the final cost determined upon completion.

Payment:

• 50% down payment is due once commission details are finalized.

• Final payment is due when the client approves the completed commission. Paintings will not be shipped before final payment is received.
